For years now people around the world have talked about “those clowns in DC.” Well it’s time to take the title back from the politicians and return it a little dignity again ... We will teach, show and foolishly draw from any and all aspects of clowning: Modern, classic, circus, commedia, theatrical, verbal, silent, knockabout, slapstick, lyrical and anything/everything else we can find.

Later in the year:

October 30 -- Florence, Italy Duet performance Katie Duck and Alfredo Genovesi
October 31 -- Florence, Italy Quartet performance Katie Duck, Alfredo Genovesi, Charlotte Zerby, Alessandro Certini Company blu

Stuart Curtis performs with Corvallis' Hilltop Big Band Friday, Nov. 1, 7:30-9:30 pm at the Old World Deli ... Special note to opera buffs: this will be your only chance this year to experience a live performance of Bill Holman's swing arrangement of the "... Anvil Chorus" from La Traviata.
