Ch-ch-changes: The world lost a great artist this week with the passing of Don Vliet AKA Captain Beefheart -- Here's the entry on my own personal blog. That "friend in California" was Matthew Child. I will always remember Henk Targowski playing Clear Spot in Amsterdam while we were setting up the first Festival of Fools!
